Official Warranty Policy

VOLTZ MOBILITY INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED warrants to the original registered purchaser that each new VOLTZ electric vehicle purchased through an authorized experience centre or dealership shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions of use and service.

1. Scope of Coverage

The warranty covers the repair or replacement, at the company's discretion, of genuine components determined to be defective due to manufacturing faults:

• Lithium Battery Pack: Protection against manufacturing defects and unusual capacity drop exceeding standard degradation curves.
• Traction Motor & Powertrain: Motor assembly, internal windings, bearings, and drive mechanism.
• Vehicle Controller & Converter: Motor controller, DC-DC converter, and master electronic control unit (ECU).
• Structural Chassis: Main frame welds and structural integrity under recommended payload conditions.

2. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage shall not apply under the following circumstances:

• Vehicles repaired, serviced, or altered at unauthorized workshops or with non-genuine spare parts.
• Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, water submersion, overload beyond rated capacity, or stunt riding.
• Normal wear and tear items including brake pads, tyres, bulbs, fuses, rubber grommets, and cosmetic scratches.
• Use of unauthorized chargers or improper charging connections that violate user handbook instructions.

3. How to Initiate a Claim

To initiate a warranty evaluation, present your original warranty booklet/certificate and vehicle registration at any authorized VOLTZ service centre, or submit a request via our online Service Support Desk.
